Chris responded immediately - sent Mike out who was thoroughly obliging in answering all my questions, instilled great confidence in the process of restoring both water and joy/life to the home, animals. Days w/o water due to frozen everything: pump, lines, tired P tank, beyond me. The tech himself is wonderful and has a lot of experience with well systems. We have always enjoyed working with him.The issue we have is with the billing and the owner's response to my email. We asked about the price of the well pressure tank and were verbally quoted by the tech so we went with it. However when the bill was sent to us, we were charged 35% more for the tank. The EXACT same tank at the other local well company is the same price as the verbal quote. I emailed the owner asking about the price of the tank being higher than quoted and was and I was taken aback by how rude his response was. Chris (owner) told me if I wanted a proper quote, I should have called the office for it and not spoken to the tech about it.My issue with this is that the tech came to look at the tank and it needed replacing and he had a tank with him. So naturally, we asked about the price of the tank and we went ahead and had it installed. We were never told to call the office for a proper quote.Going forward, I will no longer be able to recommend Wellmaster to anyone. Also, I'm having issues with the new tank and water damage.Edited to add: Wellmaster phoned me today advising me I need to pay the invoice as it's late. They sent me the invoice just a few days ago and are harassing me for payment.Invoice was sent November 30, 2021 and paid December 08, 2021. It was NOT sent on October 22 as the owner is indicating. This review was also posted back in December 2021 and he's only just responding now (May 2022)

We have dealt with Wellmaster for nearly 30 years. Every time we have called to say “we have no water” (which is pretty much all the the time we contact them) they have responded instantly and given us realistic estimates on their on site time (within hours). The options they presented made sense and were cost effective. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Can't say enough good things about these guys! We were having serious well yield issues and as soon as Chris learned I had horses he made a special trip out after hours to see what was up. Long story short we needed a cistern to get us through the drier months (something we already suspected). They squeezed us in to their already tight schedule and we had everything up and running within two days...and this was mid July! Dan and Sean went above and beyond to answer my many questions during installation and Chris saved me close to $2500 off a prior estimate (and he had no knowledge of what the prior numbers were). I've had dealings with two other well companies and while they weren't bad, Wellmasters really stand out in my opinion with their knowledge, friendliness, professionalism, zero high sales pressure and the desire to go the extra mile to help.
